Do you require a deposit?
To ensure your filming dates are exclusively reserved and to begin the pre-production process, we require payment in full at the time of booking. This allows our team to immediately secure the high-end equipment, scouting, and talent necessary to bring your story to life.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Because we commit resources and book specific filming locations in advance, we are unable to offer refunds after the 30-day window or once production has officially commenced.
How far in advance should I book my video?
To ensure the cinematic quality your story deserves, we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. Creating a personalized documentary is a detailed and creative process—ranging from archival research to location scouting—and this lead time ensures every detail is handled with care.
Can I bring a companion with me?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring anyone who makes you feel comfortable or who might add a unique perspective to your story. Please note that while guests are welcome on set, Immortalized Films does not cover costs for their travel, lodging, or meals.
